Let’s Salsa |

Feel like keeping a bit of Mexico in your refrigerator at all times?
Make your own salsa; it’s so simple.
Place two chopped, skinned and seeded red tomatoes and one yellow
tomato into a mixing bowl. Add:
- 1/2 cup each of chopped yellow and red pepper
- one seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 finely chopped white onion
- two cloves of finely chopped garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped cilantro
Season with salt and pepper and a dash of red wine vinegar for some
extra bite. Delicious! |
