Flavoured Ice Cubes |

A good host must always be prepared to take something normal to
a new level. Here’s an idea for flavoured ice cubes. Fill an ice
cube tray half way with water. Sprinkle on some edible flower petals,
available in many supermarkets and specialty food shops. Freeze
the cubes. Then withdraw the tray from the freezer, top up the tray
with water and re-freeze.
You can freeze virtually anything into cubes. How about little lime
wedges in lime juice or simply cranberry juice or lemonade. You
do want to make sure that the ingredients you use will compliment
the drinks you plan to prepare. Try it once and flavoured ice cubes
will be a standard of your bar set up. |
