In my quest to make things fun and inventive, I’ve come up with
a great idea for a centrepiece. Using various sizes of bud vases
we created a water way right down the centre of our table. Just
fill the vases with water to varying heights. Then add varying amounts
of blue food colouring to the vases. Give them a quick mix. Intersperse
votive candles in amongst the vases. Beautiful!
If you’re feeling more adventurous “borrow” some marbles from the
kids or buy a bag or two. Drop them into some of the vases for a
different effect. Don’t forget that you can do this in any colour!
