When discussing Greek libations, you can't forget the national drink of Greece: Ouzo! Served in a pony glass, this traditional liqueur has a very distinctive flavour and aroma: licorice. Present with three coffee beans on top of the Ouzo; then, strike a match, and bring it down to light up the liqueur. Last thing to do is to lift it to the person you're cheering with, make a wish, blow out the flame, and give it a second to cool, and then enjoy the flavours of Greece. Cheers!
