• metallic paper
• crimper
• scissors
• crimper
• card stock
• hot glue
• hole punch
• metallic fibre thread

Method:

Cut your piece of metallic paper into a small square, then crimp it.

Attach a small square of card stock into the middle of the paper using hot glue.

For an even nicer look, punch holes into paper and then thread the card stock and the paper together using metallic fibre thread.
