Sometimes when preparing a special dinner for a loved one, flowers

a couple of dozen vibrant tulips placed in a simple, vintage glass
or crystal vase? It's that easy!
Here's a final touch that's, well, touching. Tie an old locket holding
your pictures from the stem of one flower using fine gossamer ribbon.
