Good As Home Made Part Two -- The Far East

Just because you’re ordering dinner in does not mean it has to be
served in its Styrofoam or cardboard container. A fresh sprig of
basil or roasted sesame seeds on top of a sauteed Thai chicken dish
is a very simple touch. For something like a mango and chicken salad,
a few cashews strewn here and there will even add a new taste to
the dish.
Spring rolls cut on an angle and placed over crispy noodles in a
wooden serving bowl makes for a beautiful presentation. And for
an old favourite, like Pad Thai, fresh sprigs of parsley, slices
of scallion and sunflower seeds definitely add a touch of magic.
