Royal Icing |

Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 cups of confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Assorted food colouring
Method:
In a medium sized bowl, beat the butter slowly until creamy.
Gradually beat in the sugar and then a little bit of the milk to
make a spreadable frosting. Then add a few drops of vanilla, lemon
or orange flavouring and a few drops of your favourite food
colouring. What a colourful treat!
