When thinking about eggs, I like to think that each egg has its own little recipe within. In my opinion, the most delicious little eggs in the world are quail eggs. Their adorable, speckled shells are so brilliant. Of course, it is also what is inside that counts. To enjoy quail eggs, hard boil them, cut them in half, add a little bit of creme fraiche and some caviar. They make wonderful canapés with a nice gamy flavour.
