Anything earmarked for the freezer should ideally be shrink-wrapped
and clearly labelled with the contents and date. Meats to be used
the next day should be re-wrapped and stored in the refrigerator
in a drip proof container so that raw juices can not drip onto other
fresh foods, such as vegetables and fruit. |
