Did you know that a lot of enamelware came out of Europe? According to my friend Joan Sternthal, a vintage collectibles expert, it was very typical of the 1940's for items such as this orange enamel kettle to be produced. Turning it upside-down, the visible outer circle of wear is a testament to its age. A great-looking collectible that is also very practical because it is very sanitary, you can actually use it. Best of all, it is in our colour scheme.
